Episode 05: "Homeland Ablaze"

Summary:

Lots of 'ho shit' this episode lol

Celestial Being (the Meisters, anyway) go to meet Kataron. Se-chan and Tieria in a shuttle along with Marina, Saji and Sumeragi with Lockoff and Alle-chan on point in Cherudim and Arios.

Marina immediately gets hit on by kids (Kataron have a bunch of war orphans with them) and led away. Later, she talks to Sumeragi and explains about wanting to go home.

Saji escapes, as a Kataron member thinks he's part of Celestial Being and lets him go. Jumps in a jeep a la Amuro Ray and gets picked up by a Feddie ship. Promptly gets smacked about since they think he's part of Kataron.

Papa Bear comes to the rescue, since he has a pretty good idea Saji's not much of a threat, and they have a chat. Saji apparently lets slip a little too much, and an A-LAWS spy outside grasses him up.

A-LAWS immediately decide to let loose those robot killing machine things they did in the first episode, much to Kathy and Soma's horror. (dammit, join Kataron already!!)

Spy gets punched across the room by Papa Bear, and he lets Saji go so he can warn Kataron about what's happening.

Ptolemy launches the Gundams, but a little too late. A good proportion of Kataron get completely wiped out. Lockoff goes all 'RAAAAAAAAAAAAA' and starts firing beam pistols at the robots Western-style.

Soma and Bushido Bob are there, but they don't exactly give the Gundams a fight. Soma can't fire on Cherudim, and Graham because he knows the Gundams are trying to save people. Bless.

Saji's running back to the camp and sees what's happened. Falls to his knees like 'WRYYYYYYYYYYY!' It serves him right.

Epilogue has Se-chan bringing Marina back to Azadistan in a lil shuttle. Shock horror - Azadistan (all of it) is on fire, and floating above it is a red Gundam. Yes, ladies and gentleman, Ali is back, and he's rather happy to see Se-chan XD

ok so after watchin that episode which was great you can see on graham face when they do a close up near the check you can see scars on the part so that means his face must have a nasty scar to use a mask
and next week ep can't wait to see and looks like saji finally got to see what the reality of the war is like

Soma seemed to recognise Lockoff's piloting in some way. I wonder whether, rather than being triple agent Lockoff, he was a AEU or other faction soldier before he joined Kataron?

Yeah, it should be up today. The past few weeks I'd have to wait til I got home from work to download it. This time I set up my Vuze to read the RSS and download it once its released. This way, once I get home I upload it and it'll be up by 7pm EST, granted its released while I'm at work. So I cut the wait time by an hour or so, lol.

What's up with the Ptomeley2? Is that like. it's active camo going haywire? only covering half? At first I thought BSS messed up the vid. But Menclave has it too.
