The two carbons that do not have all four bonds... So either this is incredibly unstable molecule.
Or are you missing a triple bond? Between the carbon atoms.
I do however see a -carbonyl?- group... (-COH) ---> Aldehyde.
Also, with the Oxygen in the chain, it is some form of ether.
It is an aromatic system. ><
It is an aromatic (An ether) with a carbonyl group (aldehyde) attached to the 4th? carbon...
I'll look through my old chem notes that discuss about the naming.

a carbon double bonded to an O, a single to H, and a single to the ring. thas 4 <_<

No I just realized that the one part is an Aromatic ether that has a aldehyde group attached to it.
Aromatics are stable as is, I was confused as I hadn't looked at one in awhile.
